Averatec Buddy for U.S. Confirmed Rebranded MSI Wind

There has been some debate as to what netbook the Avertec’s Buddy really is. Many tech blogs posted pictures of the Korean Averatec Buddy, which is a rebranded ECS G10IL. However, this isn’t the Buddy that will hit the U.S. market.

Averatec just put up its U.S. page which confirms that this Buddy is in fact a rebranded MSI Wind (of which there are many these days). It will retail for $449 when it becomes available later this month.
